As East Broward County was just beginning to develop in 1963, Joe and Rita Balistreri moved their family of six kids from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Pompano Beach/Lighthouse Point. Having had a real estate firm in Milwaukee, Joe Sr. again opened his own firm in Pompano Beach which has grown over the years to a state-of-the-art 7,000s.f. real estate facility. It now ecompasses many services...an incredible sales team, in house-marketing team plus title insurance and land survey. Integrity Title and NextDay Survey. Balisteri even offers its own in-house mortgage company, InTouch Mortgage. After many years of working with their father building the company, in 1991, Joe and Jim Balistreri (brothers) purchased the business... then in 1998, they expanded their business to include a second state-of-the-art, full service office of 6,500 s.f. in Fort Lauderdale. In 2000, they opened their third office in the heart of Delray Beach... in 2001 they opened in Boca Raton... 2002 brought a Lighthouse Point location... in 2003, they went west to Plantation... and 2004 started with the opening of their Pompano Oceanside office.
